This website is operated by Cardi Craze ("Cardi Craze", "we", "our", or "us"). Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Cardi Craze.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Using our website

By using this website, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;

• the information you provide is accurate and complete;

• you will not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;

• you will not interfere with the operation or security of this website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, please note that:

• colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device;

• measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process;

• pattern placement may differ from the photographs shown, making every cardigan unique.

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or collection at any time.

Where a product is shown as available but later becomes unavailable due to an inventory error, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:

• a full refund; or

• an alternative product (where available).

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Where applicable, prices include UK VAT.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

However, once your order has been accepted, the price you paid will not change.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payments are securely processed by our authorised payment providers. Cardi Craze does not store your full payment card details.

If your payment cannot be authorised, we will be unable to accept your order.

6. Order acceptance

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

This email is an acknowledgement of your order and does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including but not limited to:

• the product is unavailable;

• an obvious pricing or product description error has occurred;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.

7. Avilability

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasionally products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you promptly and offer you one of the following options:

• wait for the product to become available;

• choose an alternative product (where applicable); or

• receive a full refund.

8. Pre-orders

From time to time, certain products may be made available for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch. Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing and paying for an item that is not yet available for immediate dispatch.

The estimated dispatch date or dispatch timeframe displayed on the product page is provided in good faith and is an estimate only.

While we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• manufacturing delays;

• supplier issues;

• customs clearance;

• shipping disruptions;

• courier delays; or

• other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.

If there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch date, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.

If we are unable to dispatch your pre-order within the estimated timeframe, you may choose to:

• continue waiting for your order; or

• cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may dispatch available items separately. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched by contacting hello@cardicraze.com. Once dispatched, your order will be covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this section limits or affects your statutory rights.

9. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• your location;

• the shipping service selected;

• customs processing;

• weather conditions;

• carrier delays; or

• other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the products remains with Cardi Craze until payment has been received in full.

10. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• return eligibility;

• return timeframes;

• faulty or damaged items;

• refunds and exchanges; and

• your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Promotions & Discount codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, discount codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions cannot be combined with any other offer;

• discount codes have no cash value;

• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit; and

• promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period.

We reserve the right to:

• amend or withdraw any promotion where reasonably necessary;

• refuse the use of a promotional code that has been used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions; and

• cancel any affected order where misuse of a promotion is reasonably suspected.

Some promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time of the promotion.

12. Intellectual Property 

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website is owned by or licensed to Cardi Craze and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• our trade marks, logos and branding;

• product names and collection names;

• product designs, illustrations and artwork;

• photographs, videos and graphics;

• website content, text and product descriptions; and

• any other materials displayed on this website.

You may browse and use this website for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership rights or licence to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use this website.

13. User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content to Cardi Craze, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to share it;

• the content does not infringe the rights of any third party;

• the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

• the content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or offensive.

You remain the owner of your content.

By submitting content to us, you grant Cardi Craze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display your content for customer service, marketing and promotional purposes.

14. Promotional Photography & User-Generated Content

We love seeing our customers wearing Cardi Craze.

If you tag Cardi Craze on social media, respond to our request to share your content, or otherwise give us permission to feature your photographs, videos or reviews, you grant Cardi Craze permission to use that content across our marketing channels.

This may include:

• our website;

• Instagram;

• Facebook;

• TikTok;

• Pinterest;

• email newsletters;

• Meta advertising;

• printed marketing materials; and

• other promotional content created by Cardi Craze.

You confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to share it;

• any individuals featured have consented to the content being used where required;

• the content does not infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights.

If you would like us to stop using your content in future marketing, please contact us at hello@cardicraze.com. We will stop using your content in future campaigns where reasonably practicable.

15. Gift Cards

Where available, Gift Cards are subject to the following terms:

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

• Gift Cards may only be redeemed through the Cardi Craze website unless otherwise stated.

• Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your permission.

• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel a Gift Card where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

Additional terms may apply and will be displayed at the time of purchase.

16. Competitions & Giveaways

From time to time, Cardi Craze may run competitions, giveaways or promotional campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

• each promotion is subject to its own published rules;

• promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform;

• entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with the promotion rules may be disqualified;

• prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel any competition or giveaway where reasonably necessary.

Our decision regarding any promotion is final.

17. Reviews & Customer Feedback

We welcome honest reviews and feedback from our customers.

By submitting a review or feedback, you confirm that:

• it reflects your genuine experience;

• the information is accurate;

• it does not infringe the rights of any third party;

• it does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any review that we reasonably believe:

• is false or misleading;

• contains offensive or abusive language;

• contains spam or promotional content;

• infringes another person's rights; or

• otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Removing a review does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

18. Product Care

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label and product page.

To help keep your knitwear looking its best, we recommend following the care guidance provided with your purchase.

Cardi Craze is not responsible for damage caused by:

• incorrect washing or drying;

• improper storage;

• alterations made after purchase;

• accidental damage;

• normal wear and tear.

Natural characteristics of knitted garments, including minor pilling or slight variations in appearance over time, do not constitute manufacturing faults.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before attempting any repair or alteration.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Cardi Craze shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss;

• loss of profits or business opportunities;

• loss of data; or

• delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, our services or applicable laws.

The latest version will always be published on this website.

The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
